The Fine Print

Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Promotional monthly rates increase to regular monthly rate after the first month and for the remainder of the contract term.

Any DSL order is for a one-year minimum contract term and incurs a $49 account setup, connection, activation and equipment delivery charge. Early account termination before the end of one year incurs an automatic early termination fee of $69.

To fulfill a DSL order we send you equipment, including a DSL Modem, which we are effectively leasing to you. The cost for the lease of the DSL equipment sent to you is included in your monthly fees. If you terminate your account you must return all equipment sent to you. If you fail to return our equipment within 30 days of contract termination, you will automatically be charged an equipment fee of $75.00.
